Buying a Typewriter

I am considering buying one of these. I’ve wanted one for years. And then it came to me that I could use a typewriter to write up all my religious things. I kind of like the aesthetic behind using a typewriter.

  1. I prefer using a real fountain pen (one you refill from a bottle — no cartridges!). Even though I know the document will have to be word processed eventually, there is absolutely nothing more soothing than the scratch of my nib on the paper pad in m lap.

      1. I’ve never written small. I’ve had a few friend who have had almost microscopic handwriting. I always thought that I could get more paper if I needed it. I must have a connection to John Hancock, the first signer of the Declaration of Independence 😉 .

        1. 🙂 perhaps so. Yeah, my handwriting is exhaustingly tiny. I can’t help it, so I just roll with it. But it does mean that I would like a typewriter, as well as my fountain pens to use.
